Jeff Clements, CEO of American Promise, and Bradley Smith, Chair of the Institute for Free Speech will debate: 

“Should we amend the Constitution to authorize political spending limits?”  

The debate will begin promptly at 6:30 and will be followed by a discussion facilitated by Prof. Rodney Smolla, Dean of the Widener University Delaware Law School.
