Third Reconstruction: UU Common Read

Third Reconstruction CoverSpring Book Discussion
Sunday, April 2 at 4:00 p.m.

Though it may not feel like spring, it is time to pick up a copy of William Barber’s The Third Reconstruction: How a Moral Movement Is Overcoming the Politics of Division and Fear.

This book is the common read for the entire Unitarian Universalist Association this year, and we at First U are making it our common read as well.  You can buy the book at our book corner on Sunday morning.

On Sunday April 2 at 4 pm Rev. Roberta and members of the Racial Justice Task Force will lead a discussion about the book.

  1. I’m finished reading this book and learned so much from Rev Barber. Happy to loan out my copy to anyone who can come by to pick it up.
